30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Quetis Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email quetis3d@gmail.com and we will help you through the process.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 30 days

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Account page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Outside the 30-day window we generally do not issue refunds for partial-period usage, but we will always consider individual circumstances — please contact us if you believe a refund is warranted.
